Our client is a dynamic ISP with offices based in Century City, Cape Town. They are currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd line Technical Support Consultant. Please note that this is an onsite position. Office hours are Monday to Friday – UK Office hours.

Desired Experience & Qualification

To apply, you need experience in the following:

 

  • Server/PC Monitoring
  • Automation
  • Windows patching
  • App deployment / Scripting
  • Backup for Office 365
  • Backs up the following Office365 data:
  • Sharepoint
    • Onedrive
    • Mail, Contacts and Calendars
    • Teams
  • Endpoint, Network and Cloud monitoring, including Microsoft 365
  • Azure
